Puerto Rico Day Honors Vicious Terrorist Oscar Rivera

Sometimes I wonder if I gonna wake up one day, and all the stupid ideas of all the stupid people in the world are gonna run out. Well, my Puerto Rican brethren in New York have decided to go full metal stupid for Puerto Rico day this year by honoring Obama’s pal and former domestic insurgent/terrorist Oscar Lopez Rivera. Why are the liberals making this a controversy? Because the NYPD commissioner refuses to take part in the parade, because last time we all checked, no one wants to be associated with a terrorist. The New York Post reports:

“I usually do march in most of the parades with the fraternal organizations, but I am not going to be marching this year,” said O’Neill, who referred to Lopez Rivera as a “terrorist.”

Somebody has the balls to say “terrorist”, the article continues:

Rivera, 74, had his 70-year sentence commuted by outgoing President Barack Obama in January. He had spent nearly 36 years in prison on conspiracy charges for his ties to the Puerto Rican nationalist group the FALN, which was responsible for more than 100 bombings in the 1970s and ’80s — including a 1982 blast at NYPD headquarters that left an officer maimed and a 1975 attack that killed four at Fraunces Tavern in the Financial District.

So there you have it, if you’re stupid you’ll march in the parade, if you’re not and you’re in the New York area, stay home and don’t be stupid.

  1. Right to the point. The main point is that he was associated with the Terrorist group responsible for these deaths. Society has lost its marbles. I’m Puerto Rican, raised in NY. I’ve visited the Parade for many years and this year it has lost its value towards what they represent. I’m very dissatisfied with the people who invited him to the Parade.
