In the wake of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Harvey, a group of Louisiana boaters called the “Cajun Navy” pitched in to rescue people trapped in their homes. The group, led by a man named John Bridgers, brought their trucks and boats to Texas as soon as the storm made landfall.
